Personalized guidance
Because your story is unique, your plan should be too.

Low energy, poor sleep, digestive issues and brain fog are early signals. They are what the body does when the microbiome and nervous system are under sustained strain.
The same underlying pattern is often present in people living with longer standing chronic conditions. What differs is how long it has been running, not what it is.
Whether you are noticing early signals or managing a diagnosed condition alongside your medical care, the question is the same. What is your body actually responding to?
There are three levels of support. The right one depends on your situation.

Dr. Neal Shah is a Harvard-trained nephrologist and former Assistant Professor of Medicine at Johns Hopkins.
After developing chronic illness during his Harvard fellowship and recovering through a microbiome and nervous system approach he now teaches, he founded Healing Microbiome to help others understand what their body is actually responding to. His work focuses on chronic symptoms such as fatigue, brain fog, gut issues and poor sleep, and on the microbiome and nervous system connection behind them.
His work is based on both clinical and personal experience with chronic illness.
Take the Microbiome Pattern Quiz, a short self-check exploring the microbiome and nervous system connection behind your symptoms.
